We are pleased to announce that FURNIKO opened a Showroom in London. A launch prepared in detail with our partners had its premiere.
The brand new FURNIKO Showroom is located in the heart of a prestigious district – Clerkenwell in the centre of London. The location is not random. Clerkenwell is a home to the London’s contract market. In the range of just few hundred metres you can find here best architectural agencies and over thirty showrooms from largest producers of office furniture, flooring and lighting. Among our neighbors are: VITRA, BENE, INTERSTUHL, AHREND, HAWORTH, BENE, ASSMANN, KINNARPS, HUMANSCALE and many more.
The launch of our prestigious showroom at Northburgh Street 6 wasn’t our first step in London’s contract market. Together with our British partners we managed to complete many interesting projects and we furnished over 1000 workstations in the London City over last year. The last major project involved over 500 workstations for AkzoNobel. At the FURNIKO Showroom in London you can find also office chairs and sofas from our partner PROFI’m, metal furniture and a variety of additional elements for office interiors.
The official launch of the showroom took place on the 10th of October. Many guests visited us and among them architects, designers, journalists and distributors. There was a well-equipped bar at the disposal of our guests, a DJ from one of the London’s clubs at the turntables and a Casino with Black Jack and roulette. The party went on until the late night as it should in London.

FURNIKO was the main partner of this year’s Conference for Academic Libraries Management in Poland.
This event takes place once a year and each time a different University in Poland is the host. This year the conference took place on the 19th and 20th of September at the The Scientific Information Centre and Academic Library which is the place we had a pleasure of furnishing.
The conference is represented by Polish Academic Libraries. Its goal is to support, develop and promote Academic Libraries. During the conference we prepared together with Dynamico a seminar: ‘Design in public spaces – excess, need or necessity’. The seminar gathered a large audience.
